• On behalf of the customer we provide full spectrum of HR services starting from selection and hiring of qualified personnel to HR management (maintaining employee timesheets and managing regular & OT hours, performing evaluations).
• We take all legal responsibilities according the local legislation and release customer from any legal liability related to local HR activities;
• We maintain database of over 400 Experienced Local Nationals: Engineers (Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, and Superintendents, Architects, Contract Specialist/Buyers, ES&H and QA/QC Specialists, Administrative Assistants, Translator/Interpreters, Warehouse Specialist, Accountants, Logistics Specialists, Event Managers; Driver/Expeditors; Medical Specialist and many other). The vast majority of those individuals have intensive experience with international companies;
• We conduct in-depth and comprehensive evaluation of all personnel, whether employees or hired subcontractors. We categorize each individual by capability, and maintain a database of candidates based upon the assessment as well as academic and technical expertise. The standard against which we judge and evaluate our staff is the certification process used by the U.S. Government Contractors.
