•    We provide full financial support of Project payroll (LN’s or contacted foreign employees) and Other Direct Cost (lease, utilities, services and many other).

•    Both payroll and ODC financial operations are based on best practices International practice, which includes time keeping & recording and ODC’s full accountability (maintaining all supporting documentation).

•    As a legally-registered company, we are able to open bank accounts and transfer funds on your behalf using Georgian Banks.

•    We take full burden of accountability and legal responsibility against local taxation agencies for financial part.

•    We’ve been submitting original and electronic invoices to the Customer’s Contracts Officer (COR) in accordance with the billing procedure specified by the Customer’s Contract Office.  In keeping with these standards, all invoices will be created and submitted following the guidelines set forth by Customer in order to maximize efficiency and processing time.

•    No payments or funds disbursements are made by GeoLogistics without customer approval and acquisition of the appropriate receipts. All expenses must be documented by appropriate receipts.  Receipts are annotated to indicate the specific contract and work order number to which the cost should be allocated.  Even when clients do not require it, we always assign specific task numbers to major events to promote detailed visibility into our cost accounting process. GeoLogistics will put all needed efforts to oversight Customer’s compliant accounting processes to ensure that Customer is invoiced accurately and on time throughout the duration of the project.
